Sr. Account Executive / Director of Orlando Account Operations

Summary

This upper level management position works directly with our Orlando based clients and Orlando based staff to manage projects to ensure completion on time and on budget. This position assists and consults with clients to generate new business opportunities for the agency, while providing valuable marketing initiatives that drive new business for our clients.

An understanding, and the ability to communicate to clients, the aspects of blogging, social media, digital media buying, search marketing (Google / Bing), remarketing, inbound marketing, design for print, UI/UX design for web and mobile, video production, as well as web development is a must.

Responsibility

Help Manage the Orlando Office Operations including Office Staff
Work with Orlando Office based Client Accounts Directly and other Agency Account Executives
Manage projects, budgets, and timelines with the creative team to deliver projects on time and budget for clients.
Assign project tasks and manage creative staff workload to keep projects timelines aligned with client expectations.
Generate new business through consultative sales and a deep understanding of client needs
Create estimates, budgets, write proposals, and work with the team for new business pitches
Edit Client Agreements and send for Legal Review prior to Closing New Business

Qualifications

Previous experience in an Account Management role
Out-Going, Extroverted Personality “Type A” preferred
Creative Thinker and Problem solver
Understanding of light Photoshop skills
Powerpoint / Keynote
Word/Excel
Ability to “speak” the language in regards to web development, online marketing, video, and graphic design
Extraordinary people and management skills
A born leader

Compensation

$45k+ bonuses and commissions
