The Production Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific production projects which have pre-production, production and post production phases with specific deliverables. While each project may require a different level of detail and attention, it is expected that the production manager will have a hand on every project that comes through our doors. Often this may mean they are undertaking specific organizational tasks, while assigning creative tasks to relevant team members.
Communicating along every stage of a project with senior management, clients, employees, and contractors to achieve the required deliverables.
Organization of all video projects. Allocating resources and traffic control with our editing team. Production breakdowns and project planning for video shoots. Working and scheduling contractors. Meeting with clients and developing relationships. Organizational skills are a must.
No prior video experience is required though it is a big advantage. The biggest requirement is organization and flexibility. This job requires leadership skills to drive projects forward and the ability to work with creatives (and keep them in line).
Salary range is 35 to 50k plus benefits (depending on experience and qualifications).
