Media Coordinator


Push, a full service advertising agency located in downtown Orlando, is looking for a Media Coordinator. This position assists in the execution of all media planning and buying functions of the agency managed through the Media Director.


• Establishes and maintains goodwill and positive working relationships with media vendors and other agency departments

• Processes media invoices

• Updates client media plans and advises Media Director of all changes

• Generates media estimates and insertion orders

• Monitors trade publications and websites for media trends

• Uploads, tags and reports on various digital campaigns

• Attends industry functions as needed

• Begins to develop media knowledge base in preparation for media research responsibilities that include: evaluating media research data, developing points of view, understanding systems applications, understanding various media and their applications against client strategies/goals


• Bachelor’s degree

• 1 year of media experience or education preferred

• Strong mathematical skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong knowledge of Excel or similar programs

• Experience working in a Mac environment preferred
