Digital Optimization Analyst

Summary

We are hiring a Digital Optimization Analyst for a luxury restaurant chain located in Orlando, FL!

The Digital Optimization Analyst is responsible for CRO (conversion rate optimization), improving user experience through A/B/Multivariate testing and informing experimentation results across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, enterprise, brand, IT and agency partners to define business goals utilizing a variety of technical and statistical methods to design meaningful experiments and provide actionable recommendations to the business.

Responsibility

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify clear experiment objectives, design test plans, perform
    experiment analyses and report outcomes
  • Assisting with the auditing setup of analytics tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target
  • Translate customer needs into actionable recommendations based on experimental findings and other relevant analyses
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and deep dives to extract insights to help drive the optimization program
  • Review test results and validate statistical significance and accuracy of the numbers
  • Analyze web experiences and user journey paths to identify gaps, drop off, exits, bounces and
    needed efficiencies in the user experience to help inform tests
  • Set up the reporting framework for each test, helping establish key metrics for evaluation and reporting and analyzing them on a regular basis through the campaign
  • Assist with the Ideation (Idea) process, develop hypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for A/B and Multivariate tests
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT, finance, brand and agency partners
  • Help set the priority level in partnership with key stakeholders of what tests run based on impact
  • Validate Adobe Target deployment in staging and production environments
  • Contribute to testing roadmaps for desktop, mobile and mobile apps for Darden’s brands
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analytics tools (e.g., web, optimization)to identify optimization opportunities
  • Drive improvements by staying current on the latest trends in online experimentation and targeting strategies
  • Troubleshoot, identify and escalate implementation gaps and or enhancement needs
  • Assist in defining best practices, optimal processes and effective communication protocols
  • Build final measurement results and disseminate throughout the organization
  • Launch A/B tests to identify high impact winning ideas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, business or equivalent
    training and/or experience
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Understanding of the statistics that drive split testing, multivariate optimization, and segmentation targeting
  • Experience forecasting test impacts and LOE to execute tests
  • Understanding of statistical confidence, confidence intervals and statistical power
  • 3+ years in E-commerce analytic environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources a plus
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proven experience with at least one enterprise-level optimization and  Analytics platform (Adobe Target(preferred), Maxymiser, Monetate,Google Analytics, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.) Server-side and app testing experience a plus
  • Demonstrated project management, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-experts

Compensation

$65+ Depending on experience
