We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing analyst proficient in SEO, Website and Campaign Optimization and Web Analytics.
Gathers core internal and external insights (including competitive analysis) to make fundamental improvements to website experience on a regular basis. Designs, produces, tests, implements, and maintains webpages and call-to-actions for optimal performance, ensuring lead conversion. Ensure best practices in web design and User Interface are incorporated into our websites. Researches SEO keywords and Implements on-page keyword optimization efforts on a regular basis. Responsible for ongoing QA and A/B testing of website by establishing checks and balances that are monitored daily and also when new content or features are published on the site. Works with internal teams to implement an integrated approach to all digital campaigns. Develops and manages large amounts of data with the ability to extract meaningful insights. Responsible for accuracy of data reporting. Reports on key site metrics. Typical deliverables include: monthly, and weekly reports on website behavior, landing page performance and customer experience analysis.
Requirements: Bachelors’ in Marketing, Communications or related field OR have equivalent experience. Strong quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize website/campaign performance. Ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. Ability to clearly and effectively articulate successes and failures of digital campaigns to all stakeholders. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. Excellent analytical and organizational skill sets.
Qualifications: An understanding of online marketing. SEO experience is preferred, but don’t let that stop you if you are looking for opportunities in this ever-changing industry. Experience with WordPress or other CMS, Google Analytics, and basic understanding of HTML. Effective communicator who provides clear direction to ensure team- and company-wide coordination and successful outcomes. Proactive and ambitious. Preferred experience in data analytics, web analytics, campaign analysis. Experience using Marketing Automation Software.
